But when it is we make the most of it – here’s a smoothie we made on a nice summer’s day!

For the super summery stafford fruit smoothie we used :

  • A punnet of fresh strawberries
  • A medium bowl of assorted frozen summer berries
  • 1 Cup of apple juice

Put all of the ingredients in the smoothie maker and mix for about 20-30 seconds, then pour out and enjoy.
