• 1/2 Fairtrade Pineapple
• 1 Fairtrade Lemon
• 2 Fairtrade Clementines
• Handful of Fairtrade grapes
• 150ml Fair Trade tropical juice
• Handful of ice cubes

Peel lemon, clementines and remove the outer nasty bits of pineapple, chop big fruits into peices and add all content to the smoothie maker (ice last)

This recipe is totally fairtrade (apart from the ice), Wohoooo!!!

• 2 large Peaches
• Large handful of raspberries
• 250ml Fairtrade Tropical Juice
• Handful of ice

Half and destone peaches, chop into pieces (remove skin for a smoother texture). Add all ingredients to smoothie maker and Bob’s your uncle (He’s actually my Dad… because you all really needed to know that!)

To make the Asian Pear smoothie you will need:

• 3 Asian / Chinese Pear (You can use Juice)
• 2 Papayas
• 1/2 of a Fair Trade Mango
• 3/4 Japanese Fuji (optional)
• 300ml Fair Trade tropical juice
• 4 Handful of ice cubes

Cut the asian pear into segments, scoop out the papaya flesh, cut off half of the mango and slice up the fuji and put them into the smoothie maker. Add the tropical juice and ice. Then whizz!

To make this delicious fruit smoothie you will need…

• 300ml tropical juice
• 3 small or 2 large fairtrade bananas
• 1 tablespoon of fairtrade honey
• 6 ice cubes

Note: All these ingredients are available as fairtrade so please make sure you use fairtrade products and make a difference!

Put the ingredients in your smoothie maker and make it whizz. It shouldn’t take long to make this one because there isn’t much ice. When the ice stops crackling turn it off and pour out. It should have fairly thick smoothie consistency.
