For this delicious smoothie full of fairtrade goodness you will need:
- 4 fair trade plums
- 1 fair trade avocado
- Handful of fair trade white grapes
- 250ml fairtrade orange juice
- Handful of ice
Peel and de-stone the plums, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Add all ingredients to smoothie maker and mix until smooth
Serves 2-3
