Melon, Apple and Pear

Simples – no need for confusings or comparingsĀ - only a few indredients to be making a lovely lip warming smoothie!

To make this smoothie you will need:

  • 1 Small gala melon
  • 2 Large pears (or 200ml juice)
  • 2 Small apples (or 200ml juice)
  • 6 Ice cubes
  • Pinch of cinnamon (This adds a dynamic flavour and extra health benefits)
  • Water or juice if required

Slice up all the fruit into tiny pieces (but don’t lose them) and put them in the smoothie maker. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Put the ice in. Then hit the on button and smooth away. If your smoothie maker can’t whizz it all you may need to stop and add a bit of water or fruit juice to help it on its way. Keep the smoothie maker running until the ice has all broken up (no crackling).

Pour out and enjoy.
