Mexican Papaya, Honey and Cinnamon

Siesta time? Here is the perfect accompaniment for your chill time.

  • 1 large papaya
  • 2 tablespoons fairtrade mexican honey
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 Passionfruit (or juice if your smoothie maker isn’t top notch)
  • 200ml fairtrade greek style yoghurt from Co-op
  • Handful of ice

De-stone and de-skin papaya, chop into chunks and add all ingredients to smoothiemaker!

The passionfruit will help relax you and the cinnomon provide some vaso-dilation to relieve stress and blood pressure. The Perfect nap-aid!
