For all you Wimbledon fans out there, if you can’t go this year – here is how to make an instant Wimbledonification device!
- 2 handfuls of strawberries
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons of double cream
- Handful of ice cubes
Wash and remove stalks on strawberries, then add all the lovely ingredients to the smoothiemaker.
This smoothie isn’t the one that springs to mind when you mention healthy, but remember we all need fat in moderation!
