This smoothie is officially tastier than the top pre-made smoothies as tested in Episode 8 of our podcast series from back in the day (ahh the memories).
Make it yourself by using:
- 1 large banana
- 3 handfuls strawberries
- 1 handful of grapes
- 1/2 cup of apple juice (or an apple and some water)
- 1 Handful of icecubes
Prepare fruits as normal. Mix until you reach smoothie consistency
Experiment, be creative, change the quantities around or even add new ingredients to find your favourite strawberry and banana smoothie.
