So summer’s over and I bet none of us achieved the summer body we all said we would have! So I guess it’s time to put the hard work in for next year now. The thing that I find the hardest is trying to stick to a healthy eating lifestyle, it never happens for me. So I’ve been trying to find new and creative ways to make my healthy lifestyle a little more fun. A great way I have found is by making smoothies.
