This is a low calorie smoothie, which is hard to believe since this smoothie is packed with fruits and veggies. You will get a great boost of vitamins, antioxidants, and phytonutrients from this smoothie. Raspberries contain rheosmin (commonly known as raspberry ketone), which is being studied as a phytonutrient that can help with weight loss. Because of the bright colors of the raspberries and cherries, this green smoothie is one of the few that is not actually green.

To make this smoothie, you will need:

-2/3 cup frozen pitted cherries (about 16 cherries)

-2/3 cup frozen raspberries (about 30 raspberries)

-1 cup fresh washed baby spinach

-1 cup water (not shown)

Put the ingredients in the blender in this order: spinach, cherries, raspberries, and water. Blend until smooth, about a minute and a half.
