Full of zest, a real ‘pick me up’! Also full of vitamin C – destroy those free-radicals!

Prepare cranberries (remove stalks and wash), add all ingredients to smoothiemaker- smooth, pour, drink, wake up!

This smoothie can be made without the cranberries, just add more juice to taste.
Grapes sweeten the smoothie but are not essential.
